Cancellation of order
Our top priority is to print and ship your order as soon as possible in order to provide you with fast and efficient service. However, in order to ensure optimal processing and avoid any unnecessary losses, we wait for 24 hours after each order verification before starting printing. This period also allows us to handle any requests for modification or cancellation.
Therefore, customers have a maximum of 12 to 24 hours after payment to request cancellation of the order and receive a full refund. After this period, we begin the printing process, which incurs direct costs for preparing and customizing the product.
If the cancellation request is made 24 hours later but 48 hours earlier, we will be able to refund a partial refund of 50% of the total amount due to the production costs already incurred.
According to Articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, refunds are not allowed after 48 hours or after the order is shipped. These provisions stipulate that products customized for measurement or personalization do not have the right of withdrawal.

Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)
If you have not received the refund yet, please double check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, the refund may take some time to be officially announced.
Next, please contact your bank. Before issuing a refund, it usually takes some processing time.

Ship
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item. The shipping fee is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
The time required for the products you exchange to reach your hands may vary depending on your place of residence.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using traceable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the product you return.
We do not accept cash on delivery for any reason.
Right Of Withdrawal
If the withdrawal right is exercised, the carved wallpaper needs to be repaid to the customer for free, except for the return fee. Refunds should be paid within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.
However, the withdrawal right does not apply to the following purchases:;

Goods that are inseparable from other items
The opened goods are not in their original state and have been damaged or lost parts due to reasons other than our fault.
