Shipping Policy

Delivery information
All orders are prepared and shipped by our team within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Every time you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a second email containing your order tracking number and shipping confirmation information.

During peak hours, order preparation may take 72 hours or 3 business days.

The choice of carrier and price may vary depending on weight, quantity, product availability, number of shopping baskets, and shipping country.

Our transportation method
• By FedEx (home delivery, delivery point, post office, 8 to 15 business days)

Some orders may be linked to multiple suppliers and these products will be shipped separately.

Shipping Fee
All orders on our website come with free shipping. CARVE WALLPAPER LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel the shipping fee in a short period of time. This modification does not require notifying website customers.

Under no circumstances shall third parties request a refund of the shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase. The shipping information is always displayed at the top of any page on the website and during the order confirmation phase.

Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for 14 days after the goods are delivered. If more than 14 days have passed since our product was successfully delivered, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

To meet the return criteria, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also come with the original packaging.

Non refundable items:

Gift card
Customized product supply based on consumer specifications or obvious personalization
To return the item, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds can be obtained: (if applicable)

Any item that is damaged or lost in a non original state due to non party error.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
The received item has defects

If all or part of the order you receive is defective, you can return or refund it. Please indicate in the message whether you wish to return the defective product or request a refund.

Cancellation Of Order

Our top priority is to print and send your order as soon as possible in order to provide you with fast and efficient service. However, in order to ensure optimal processing and avoid any unnecessary losses, we will wait for 24 hours after each order confirmation before starting printing. This period also allows us to handle any modification or cancellation requests.

Therefore, customers can request to cancel their order and receive a full refund within a maximum of 12 to 24 hours after payment. After this deadline, we will begin the printing process, which will incur direct costs for product preparation and customization.

If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before 48 hours, we will be able to refund 50% of the total amount as production costs have already been incurred. according to

Replace Parts And Vouchers (if applicable)

Change your product to a different size/color.
It can only be replaced with the same style of the same size and/or color. It is strictly prohibited to switch to other products. We suggest that you return the original product for a refund, and then place a new order to purchase the product you want.

Refund details and vouchers
By default, the refund method is a credit card.

Orders that are replaced or returned due to manufacturer defects will not incur replenishment costs. The cost will be included in the original order and the balance will be refunded;
