RETURNS
The items provided by Xue Su are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of traditional commerce and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.
Cancellation of order
Our priority is to print and ship your orders as quickly as possible in order to offer you a fast and efficient service. However, to ensure optimal processing and avoid any unnecessary loss, we wait 24 hours after the validation of each order before launching the printing. This period also allows us to process any requests for modification or cancellation.
Therefore, the customer has a maximum period of 12 to 24 hours after payment of their order to request a cancellation and obtain a full refund. After this period, we begin the printing process, which incurs direct costs for the preparation and customization of your product.
If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before 48 hours , we will be able to make a partial refund of 50% of the total amount, due to the costs already incurred for the production.
After 48 hours , or once the order has been shipped, no refund can be made, in accordance with Articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code , which specify that products made to measure or personalized are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
We invite you to contact us quickly in the event of a change concerning your order so that we can best meet your expectations.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at 1632224394@qq.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, whatever the reason.
Right of withdrawal
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Xue Su is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:
Goods that you have opened and are not returnable for reasons of hygiene or health protection
Goods inseparable from other items
Opened goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
